Backstabbing, under the table dealings and double-crossing – it’s just another day in the world of real estate. 

Housing agents, new and old immigrants are fighting for properties in land scarce Singapore. Someone has to give in, somehow. Who bends the rules and breaks the law?

Two tenants share their rental woes, shedding light on unscrupulous house owners and realtors. 

It’s one thing to survive, and another to live.

This tongue-in-cheek production about lies and deception in a dog eat dog world will be reenacted by award-winning directors/playwrights/actors Oliver Chong (Resident Director of The Finger Players) and Liu Xiaoyi (Resident Director of The Theatre Practice) in a duologue that will shock and tickle you with its no-holds-barred portrayal of surviving Singapore.
